Shipping Policy

Shipping policy:

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. We are a made-to-order brand and all our orders are dispatched from our production unit in Hyderabad. 

Domestic Shipping:

  1. Free shipping across India.
  2. Free Cash on Delivery (Max amount INR 35,000).
  3. Your order will be at your doorstep within 7-8 working days from the day of confirmation.
  4. A tracking number will be sent to you once the order is dispatched.

International Shipping:

  1. FREE delivery above USD 1000 (approx INR 79,000)
  2. Standard courier/shipping charges for international orders depending on the destination country and the weight of the goods purchased.
  3. Please note we are not liable for any customs charge levied after the goods enter a foreign country. All customs charges are to be borne by the customer and the customer only.
  4. Your order will be at your doorstep within 12-15 days from the day of confirmation.
  5. Our trusted delivery partner for international shipping is DHL.
  6. A tracking number will be sent to you once the order is dispatched.
