We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. We are a made-to-order brand and all our orders are dispatched from our production unit in Hyderabad.

International Shipping:

- Standard courier/shipping charges for international orders depending on the destination country and the weight of the goods purchased.
- Please note we are not liable for any customs charge levied after the goods enter a foreign country. All customs charges are to be borne by the customer and the customer only.

Return Policy

The value of the exchange order cannot be lesser than the original order. However, it can be more. In this case the difference amount has be paid by the customer.

In case of minor design and color variations. With hand loom products there will always be some variation between products.

After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

Package refused by recipient.
